Banyula Lodge "The staff should be given a huge positive pat on the back"

My wife Christine lives in the Memory Care Unit at Banyula Lodge. I joined her for the Christmas Carols on Monday night 23rd. The staff made the night really very enjoyable. Chris sang, tapped her feet and smiled all the way through. The extras of cold drink, pudding and an ice cream cone was the 'Icing on the cake'. Chris is very happy in her new home and I am delighted that she has settled in really well. The staff are a key positive. The staff should be given a huge positive 'pat on the back'.
