Warrana Place

The 94 villas of Warrana Place are located at 24 Marie Avenue Taree “Kolodong “. The villas provide spacious and comfortable accommodation in both 2 and 3 configuration with internal direct access from the garage.

The residents of all 94  villas have access to the Village Centre within the village, the resident’s group arrange social activity and programs to suit themselves. The availability of the Village Centre allows interaction between residents without compromising the privacy of their homes.

The long term plan is that a complimentary village will be developed on the western side of Marie Avenue. Although the finer planning details of the village are yet to be resolved, it is reasonable to expect it will include multiple levels of accommodation, a community centre and service facilities that will allow a comprehensive range of accommodation care and service programs to the community of the Manning Valley.

  • Weekly service fee 25% of the single aged pension

  • Insurance of your own contents

    Please Note:

  • You may have to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.

  • You may have to share any capital gains received with the operator of this village.

Becoming a Resident

Secure your desired Villa with as little as a $4000 deposit.

We've made taking the first step towards independent retirement living easier with a minimum deposit that suits even the most modest budget.

Considering Your Options

This deposit is an expression of interest that will hold the villa at the quoted price for six months allowing you to begin the process of selling your home and making all arrangements to ensure a smooth transition to your new home.

If for any reason during the six month period you decide not to proceed with the occupation of the villa you have chosen, the deposit will be fully refunded.

 

When Placing a Deposit

We will provide you with the following when the deposit has been received:

  • A receipt for the deposit
  • Our General Enquiry Document
  • Disclosure Statement
  • A sample Residence and Service Contract.
 

When Occupying a Villa

When you're ready to move into your new home:

  • You will sign our Residence and Service Contract
  • The licence fee based on the single aged Pension will commence (the percentage varying between villages)
  • We will complete a Condition Report with you.
