Warrana Place Continues to Grow

The Board of Directors has now entered into a contract with Dean Hammond Building  and Construction  for the next stage of 14  independent living villas as  Warrana Place  expands towards the designed maximum 94 villa  units.

All 14 villas are  2 bedroom  with a mix of  2 x type 1s, 6 x type 2s, 2 x type 3s and  4 x type 4s.

It is expected this current building contract should result in villa units  68 to 81 being available  and ready to occupy during the second quarter of 2019.

Warrana Place continually proves to be a popular retirement lifestyle option with the Board of Directors considering the way forward once the development program for the site has been completed.
